Chef Eric is from France with over two decades of working experience in Europe, America, Middle East, Australia and Asia with some of the best F&B Brands such as Imperial, Sahara, Mariott and ITC Hotels. He is the Executive Pastry Chef for our Patisserie & Academy.
Chef Abdul Nawshath
Chef Nawshath is from India having many years of experience in the Baking and Pastry Industry with some of the top Hotels in India and Saudi Arabia. He specializes on Breads and Viennoiserie for our Patisserie.
Chef Suzie Nagarajah
Chef Suzie is from Sri Lanka, is a renowned Cake Artist who specializes in Designer Cakes and Classic Desserts.
