Boganvila Patisserie and Café – A fine French style Patisserie and Café operated and run by the interns from our academy to understand and learn the business perspective of running a commercial establishment.

Our facilities and infrastructure are the best found in the industry today. Modern equipment and amenities enables the students to learn internationally relevant curriculum and get the best exposure to the industry.
Food consulate’s air conditioned baking studio has 9 workstations which can accommodate 18 students and one instructor workstation with audio and visual aid. It also has the required refrigeration units, latest combi ovens, stand mixers and other amenities required for modern baking and pastry making.
This Kitchen has traditional gas operated deck ovens for learning classical baking and modern electrical oven for experiencing commercial grade baking and also has a combi oven to learn large scale commercial production of bakery and pastry products.
Commercial Production Kitchen
Our well-equipped, energy efficient kitchens currently service prestigious international Food Chains, Hotels and Restaurants for their Pastry and Dessert needs. The kitchen engages our interns who work in all the different aspects of commercial Baking and Pastry making. They are guided by our experienced chefs and experts. This is a one of a kind experience for interns to get a complete birds eye view into the world of baking and sharpens their skill set to become industry ready for immediate employment and opportunities.
Boganvila Patisserie & Café
The Institute has a French Patisserie retail outlet, where the best of French Pastries are made available. The brand will also extend its presence to the effluent market and supply high end pastries, cakes, desserts and much more to customers and other businesses in food retail. Franchise opportunity is available for entrepreneurs who want to leverage the back end infrastructure, experience and expertise for setting up various formats of Patisserie and Cafe.

When i first visited FC, it was love at first sight.
