A culinary arts graduate from Manipal University, Chef Nandheetha Varadaraj went on to pursue Diplôme de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, Canada. She has worked at a number of luxury kitchens and has experience in working with International Chocolatier. After returning to India, she has taken up the role of Pastry Chef Instructor and has taught Baking Science & Pastry Arts to many discerning students. She has also assisted various internationally renowned chefs during workshops and looks to keep learning what the pastry world has to offer.
