Food Consulate (AN UNIT OF ARZ FOOD VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED) is a world class educational destination for Students, Professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to learn about the Baking Science and Pastry Arts.
Established in 2015 as a high end studio for Culinary Workshops and Education, Food Consulate flourished into a full fledged Pastry and Bakery training academy in 2016. Currently Food Consulate has graduated many batches of diploma students in Baking and Patisserie. Food Consulate has also helped entrepreneurs and chefs to sharpen and enhance their subject matter expertise in Pastry-making and Baking components of their businesses.
We were entrenched in various forms of food business right from manufacturing to all the way to retail. With the advent of online platforms and forums we started to successfully engaging those communities with special interest in culinary arts.
We saw ourselves grow into an institute that conducts culinary and baking classes by partnering up with restaurants during off peak hours and collaborating with them for man power, technical and venue support as a resource.
This period saw a paradigm shift in people’s perception of indulging in catering and baking business from more than a hobby into a full time successful profession and or career. This shift allowed us to take advantage of the various enquiries for classes in different cuisines and special interests. By regularly conducting workshops, get together, food festivals and events for more than a decade, we identified the need for a professional academy that can offer a variety of courses in Baking and Culinary subjects.
Our vision to provide world class education in an independent and dedicated space and that market demand for individuals with a thirst for testing new waters with a reliable institute. This paved the way for Food Consulate in 2016 with a state-of-the-art infrastructure to deploy customized learning and teaching experiences.
Food Consulate became a full fledged Baking and Pastry training Institute offering an Internationally acclaimed Diploma in Baking and Patisserie authorized by City & Guilds, UK with certification valid in over 80 countries.
Launched Boganvila, a fine French Patisserie and Café to cater to the demands of the high end pastry aficionados in Chennai and also to showcase our students’ and Chefs’ caliber in baking and pastry making.
Received the Guinness Book of World Record for The Tallest tower(41 ft 8 in) of Cup Cakes.
To become the best baking and patisserie training academy in India by implementing world class infrastructure and professional training by the year 2023.
