An entrepreneur and food professional, with a passion to culminate the art of world class culinary education to all enthusiasts and professionals. He has over 21 Years experience in the food industry viz. food manufacturing, retailing, restaurants and consulting.
Asma Zeenath is an internationally trained pastry chef. She is passionate about teaching the fine decorative techniques in wedding cakes, birthday cakes and many other intricate decorative skills for pastries and desserts. She designs the courseware for most of the programs here in food consulate.
International Bakery Trainer & Consultant, Focusing craft & technical bakery projects, product development, bakery team coaching & bespoke training courses. He is a respected figure and well known in bakery education and training within the food industry in UK.
A business professional with more than 20 years of experience. He leads the students counselling, admission, internship and placements for graduating students at Food Consulate. His varied experience in managing teams efficiently and effectively makes him an able counselor for students seeking the right direction.
Chef Willi is a well known culinary personality in Chennai. He is known to revolutionize the food served in star hotels by applying international standards and principles and offering fantastic guest experiences for many years. As a leading Chef Consultant, Willi Wilson advices and provides insight to the various aspect of food business, i.e.development of new dishes, introduction of a new concepts, popular menu trends, as well as fresh and innovative ideas.
A culinary arts graduate from Manipal University, Chef Nandheetha Varadaraj went on to pursue Diplôme de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, Canada. She has worked at a number of luxury kitchens and has experience in working with International Chocolatier. After returning to India, she has taken up the role of Pastry Chef Instructor and has taught Baking Science & Pastry Arts to many discerning students. She has also assisted various internationally renowned chefs during workshops and looks to keep learning what the pastry world has to offer.
A food science graduate and professional, she helps us to meet and maintain regulatory standards and guidelines in every food safety process at our academy. She also instructs our students in understanding the principles of food safety and the application of the student’s learning in a work environment professionally.
Chef Max is a prolific Chef with over three decades of International experience in Bakery & Pastry production. He is a renowned professional in the Industry with many accomplishments in enabling entreprenuers to start their journey and grow into world class establishments.
Mohamed Shuaib started his career as a Hotel Management graduate from Chennai. His deep passion and skillset have made him work in some of the world’s finest hotels and restaurant brands like Hyatt, Hilton, Shangri-la, and Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery.
He is a proficient pastry chef with over 15 years of industry experience overseas in Bakery and Patisserie which has gained him excellent knowledge in baking and pastry-making techniques.
From attending a baking class to finishing a professional course, Shravya came a long way in this journey of passion. After graduating from college she realized that she wanted to become a Pastry Chef. And this led her to finish her diplome de patisserie. Soon after that, she started working with luxury brands, where she enhanced her skills in chocolate and modern pastries. She believes in learning and trying new things every day in the world of pastry and always keeping an open mind about it.

Commerce graduate turned pastry chef with Professional Diploma in Baking and Patisserie from Food Consulate, Chennai. Enthusiastic, skilled, and creative to make your favorite desserts to sweeten any occasion. Martha enjoys the art of creating unique flavored pastries and desserts that will delight you and satisfy your sugar cravings. You can find her at the beach prepping for the next flying disc tournament when she isn’t baking or thinking of her next culinary project.
The team also consists of professional chefs, cake artists and trained workforce to assist in all other areas.

When i first visited FC, it was love at first sight. It gave me an impression that this place would give me nothing but the best experience and knowledge and true enough it has given me more than what i had expected.
