An alumnus of CHRIST University, Chef Sachin holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Hotel Management. With over 15 years of experience in the world of pastry, he has worked with some of the finest names in the industry — including The Park, The Oberois, and ITC.
He has also served as the Chief of Academics at a renowned Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, shaping the next generation of pastry professionals.
Currently, he continues to share his expertise as a Pastry Chef at the Department of Hotel Management, CHRIST University, Bengaluru.
Loved by his students for his fun, approachable, and deeply knowledgeable teaching style, Chef Sachin truly embodies the joy of learning through passion and creativity.
