Food Consulate offers a Diploma in Baking & Patisserie, which spans 5 months, and the International Baking & Pastry Program (IBPP), a 5-week intensive course.

At Food Consulate, our programs cover a wide array of recipes and techniques. In the Intensive Baking & Patisserie Program, students learn advanced techniques for creating artisan breads, pastries, and intricate desserts. This includes recipes for croissants, éclairs, macarons, and more. 

The Diploma in Baking & Patisserie offers a comprehensive exploration of fundamental and advanced baking and pastry skills, including recipes for cakes, tarts, mousses, and plated desserts. Both programs emphasize hands-on experience with a variety of recipes to build expertise in the culinary arts.

Food Consulate primarily offers offline courses conducted in our state-of-the-art facilities. These hands-on programs provide immersive, practical experience in a professional kitchen setting. For those interested in online learning, we currently do not offer virtual courses, but we encourage you to contact us for any updates or potential future online offerings.
 Candidates should be at least 16 years old, have a basic knowledge of English, and possess a strong enthusiasm for baking and pastry arts. We welcome individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in the culinary field, including aspiring chefs and bakery owners.
